1. Nature of Services

We offer sponsorship, promotional, and joint marketing opportunities that provide brand visibility and acknowledgment in connection with our content.

All sponsorships are promotional in nature and do not constitute ownership, editorial control, investment, employment, or partnership rights.

2. Payment Processing & Partner Disclosure

Untold Stories of History partners with WEBJEDININJA, which serves as our authorized representative for digital services, payment processing, and financial asset management.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

All payments are processed securely through WEBJEDININJA
WEBJEDININJA manages transaction handling, records, and digital infrastructure
Sponsorship fulfillment is coordinated jointly between Untold Stories of History and WEBJEDININJA

3. All Sales Final / No Refunds

All purchases, sponsorships, and promotional placements are final and non-refundable.

By submitting payment, you expressly acknowledge that:

No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued for any reason
Sponsorship benefits are promotional services, not guaranteed outcomes
Failure to submit required materials (such as logos or forms) does not entitle a refund

4. Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsors are responsible for:

Completing all required forms accurately and promptly
Submitting logos, branding assets, and information in acceptable formats
Ensuring all submitted materials are lawful, accurate, and owned or properly licensed

Failure to submit required materials may delay or limit sponsorship fulfillment.

5. Content Placement & Editorial Integrity

Untold Stories of History retains full editorial independence.

We reserve the right to:

Determine placement timing, format, and presentation of sponsor acknowledgments
Decline or remove sponsor materials that conflict with our values, ethics, or mission
Maintain clear separation between sponsored recognition and editorial content

Sponsorship does not influence historical conclusions, research findings, or narrative framing.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Untold Stories of History or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Sponsors retain ownership of their own trademarks and logos but grant Untold Stories of History a limited, non-exclusive license to display them solely for sponsorship fulfillment purposes.

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

Audience size, engagement levels, impressions, or conversion results
Media coverage, public response, or commercial outcomes

Sponsorship is a visibility opportunity, not a performance-based advertising contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untold Stories of History and WEBJEDININJA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in sponsorships, use of the website, or reliance on content.

9. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Content and services provided do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Sponsors are solely responsible for consulting their own advisors regarding reporting, compliance, or tax obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in sponsorships after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
